Meet the Team

Lucinda Rosnell is a Clinical Psychologist who has worked in various roles in public health and non-government organisations over the last 12 years. Lucinda has experience working with people of all ages in providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of emotional difficulties. Lucinda has a special interest in working in the area of Perinatal Mental health, with a focus on pregnancy/ birth trauma and wellbeing in the postpartum period. This includes supporting the entire family in the adjustment to new parenthood and the challenges associated with this life transition. Lucinda is a certified Circle of Security International- Parenting Facilitator and works through an attachment lens adopting a strengths-based, trauma informed approach. Lucinda adopts different therapeutic modalities when tailoring interventions to client needs, utilising Schema Therapy, Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion-based therapy and mindfulness techniques.​

Libby is a Clinical Psychologist who has been working in mental health for a decade.
Libby’s therapeutic approach is guided by neurodevelopmental, attachment, and trauma-informed principles. She is passionate about sharing in people’s journeys of personal growth and self-knowledge.
Libby is dedicated to supporting the unique mental health needs of all members of the LGBTQIA+ community, including trans and gender diverse folk. Additional special interests include women’s mental health, neurodiversity, and adolescence.
Libby has training and experience delivering a range of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Libby works Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
